Nordstrom seeks a Senior Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance to build and mature a global GRC function. You will partner with the CISO and senior leaders to translate cybersecurity and regulatory risk into strategic, data-driven insights for executive decision‑making, protecting the Nordstrom brand while enabling growth.

Based in Seattle, this role leads a high‑impact team and drives optimization of tools, dashboards, and risk reporting at the board level, ensuring continuous readiness

Qualifications

• 10+ years in governance, risk, compliance or related fields
• Experience influencing executive leadership and risk-informed decisions
• Proven ability to lead enterprise GRC programs across multiple functions
• Experience partnering with a CISO and security leadership to align risk and security strategy

• Shape and execute enterprise GRC strategy aligned to business priorities
