Job summary

Johnson Outdoors Inc. in Racine, WI seeks a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A enterprise-wide. You will partner with the CFO and executives to set planning direction, drive governance, and support strategic decisions for profitable growth.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance analytics, guiding capital allocation and data-driven insights across global operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years finance leadership experience, including enterprise FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance management, strategic financial analysis, and leadership of finance teams in a complex, multi-business or global organization.

Responsibilities

• Provides enterprise leadership for FP&A and establishes the strategy and framework across Johnson Outdoors.
• Directs annual operating plan, forecasts, long-range planning and executive reviews to support priorities.
• Leads financial analyses, acquisitions due diligence, and growth initiatives.
