Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ten years of progressive enterprise, business, application, data, or infrastructure architecture experience.
• Minimum five years leading multidisciplinary architecture teams at scale.
• Proven ability to define and execute an enterprise architecture vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Experience establishing architecture governance, including boards, principles, and reference patterns.
• Depth in at least three architecture disciplines with working knowledge across others.

Responsibilities

• Defines and executes the enterprise architecture vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with institutional priorities.
• Chairs Architecture Review Board and governance forums; defines standards and decision frameworks.
• Leads enterprise, business, data, application, integration, infrastructure, cloud, and security architecture practices across the institution.
• Maintains architecture models and guides modernization, platform consolidation, and technology lifecycle management.
• Partners with CIO and business leaders to align roadmaps and investments across the organization.
