You will drive AI adoption and modern engineering practices, mentor engineers, shape operating models, and contribute to regional growth in North America Financial Services, delivering value for clients with diverse financial services objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience influencing very senior client stakeholders up to the C-suite
• Experience delivering Digital Business Transformation for Financial Services sector clients underpinned by modern technology and methodology
• Experience delivering end-to-end outcomes for clients from ideation to value realization
• Ability to navigate the unknown and lead from the front in structuring work and driving solution options at different RFP stages
• Hands-on experience leading large-scale distributed systems with cloud adoption
• Broad knowledge of API styles and data solutions across modern data platforms

• Define future/evolutionary architecture and operating model for clients
• Deliver new digital solutions and efficiencies across the North American Banking Sector
• Drive enterprise-scale engineering transformation and AI adoption to enable growth and superior customer experiences
