Job summary

Crescent Energy seeks a strategic Director of Enterprise Applications to govern Crescent’s SaaS and on-premise enterprise applications across ERP, accounting, land, HR, procurement, and more. You will own roadmaps, vendor relationships, and the lifecycle of critical systems, partnering with executives to maximize business value while maintaining security, compliance, and cost discipline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or business systems.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with responsibility for enterprise application portfolios, governance, or technology strategy.
• Industry experience in upstream oil and gas is preferred with related business processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of Crescent’s enterprise application portfolio (ERP, accounting, land, HR, procurement, legal).
• Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with business priorities and technology strategy.
• Lead governance for onboarding, evaluation, and lifecycle management of SaaS solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize adoption, workflows, and return on technology investments.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Data & Information Management, Legal, and Compliance teams.
