Job summary

The University of Oklahoma Foundation seeks a Senior Director of Development for the Gallogly College of Engineering on the Norman, OK campus. This on-site role leads a fundraising program, building partnerships with donors and stakeholders to advance the college's priorities.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement, the Senior Director manages major gift prospects, develops strategies, and works with leadership, faculty, alumni, industry partners, and OU Foundation colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight or more years of progressive experience in fundraising, sales and/or gift-planning-related roles required.
• CFRE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies that advance the college's priorities.
• Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors capable of making commitments of $25,000 and above.
• Collaborate with college leadership, faculty, alumni, industry partners, and OU Foundation colleagues to connect donor interests with opportunities.
• Occasional evenings, weekends, and domestic travel may be required.
