Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and maintains the hospital’s labor relations and contract management; advises senior management on employee relations planning.
• Reviews labor provisions, market conditions, and practices to inform contract changes.
• Develops and implements employee relations policies to improve operations and communications.
• Provides strategic oversight for regulatory compliance across HR programs and operations.
• Oversees compliance with city, state and federal laws in relation to labor agreements and wages.
