Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; strong knowledge of industrial, utility, energy, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Electrical Engineering department with technical and managerial oversight.
• Define and execute strategic plans to grow electrical engineering capabilities and resources.
• Serve as SME for electrical engineering projects and initiatives and act as Engineer of Record when required.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee standards, processes, and best practices; review equipment specifications and design documentation.
