Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Electrical preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong knowledge of industrial, utility, energy, and infrastructure projects.
• Construction and field experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Electrical Engineering department, providing technical and managerial oversight to engineering leaders and staff.
• Establish and execute strategic plans to grow electrical engineering capabilities, resources, and subject matter expertise.
• Serve as a technical authority and SME for electrical engineering projects and initiatives.
• Act as Engineer of Record when required and provide technical support across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve company goals and support operational excellence.
• Oversee development and maintenance of electrical engineering standards, processes, and best practices.
• Review and support equipment specifications, bid packages, and design documentation.
• Provide guidance related to power systems, distribution, protection, and major electrical equipment.
• Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
• Lead team development initiatives, including hiring, mentoring, coaching, training, performance management.
