Senior Director / Director, Publisher Partnerships

The Role

As the Senior Director or Director, Publisher Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining relationships with our publisher partners. The objective will be to optimize our existing publisher relationships, drive revenue growth, and foster productive collaborations with our partners. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in identifying new opportunities and avenues for expansion within our existing partner network.

This is a management position, where you will be managing a team of 2-5 individuals within the Publisher Growth vertical at adMarketplace. Director or Senior Director leveling will be decided based on experience of the candidate.

What You’ll Do

  1. Manage the day-to-day relationships with our publisher partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  2. Drive revenue growth across both new and existing publishers, leveraging insights and strategies to optimize performance.
  3. Collaborate with the Business Development team to establish and cultivate relationships with new top-tier publishers.
  4. Act as a reliable point of contact for publishers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  5. Play an active role in strategic account planning, contributing to the growth and development of our key publisher partnerships.
  6. Develop a comprehensive understanding of each publisher's business goals, metrics, and product objectives.
  7. Coordinate closely with our demand-side teams to deliver optimal supply-side solutions and views to their adv clients.
  8. Identify areas for product innovation by pinpointing pain points in service delivery and proposing solutions.
  9. Manage and coach team members to develop talent, foster career growth, and support partnerships.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years of account management or other client-facing experience.
  2. Knowledge of data, revenue projects, and opportunity analysis.
  3. 1-3 years of management experience.
  4. Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer experience.
  5. Strong consultative sales skills.
  6. Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
  7. Understand and be able to calculate basic Media Math.
  8. Knowledge of the competitive digital landscape.
  9. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  10. Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.

*Compensation Range: $160,000 - $180,000 + Commission
