Qualifications

• Lead the U.S. direct tax function and set strategy in partnership with the VP of Tax.
• Advance the income tax provision, compliance, and reporting processes.
• Provide tax expertise to cross-functional partners across the business.

Responsabilités

• Lead the preparation and review of ASC 740 income tax provision calculations.
• Oversee U.S. federal, state, and local income tax compliance for corporate and partnership entities.
• Manage Tax Receivable Agreement, Up-C matters, and related tax attributes.
• Coordinate with external advisors, Legal, Treasury, and Finance on tax planning and changes.
• Develop and document internal controls, including SOX controls, for tax processes.
• Lead and develop the tax team, sustaining audits and tax disclosures.
