Job summary

Sweetgreen is seeking a Social Media Manager to grow our community around the future of food. You will own storytelling across our digital ecosystem and connect Sweetgreen to culture at large, joining a collaborative social team.

Based in LA with a hybrid schedule in Culver City, CA, you will lead content production, brainstorm ideas, and measure impact. A strong portfolio in social/culture is preferred and influencer experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in digital content creation.
• Based in Los Angeles and able to work a hybrid schedule in Culver City, CA.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into narrative.
• Experience with social measurement tools (Dash Hudson, Sprout Social).
• Influencer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the workflow timeline and calendar for evergreen content production across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Publish and/or schedule daily content.
• Own and manage community management on Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Co‑host brainstorms to concept social ideas and bring them to life.
• Copywrite across all social platforms.
• Monitor platforms for insights and trends via social listening.
• Analyze social data and turn them into actionable next steps.
• Identify and execute creator partnerships for evergreen social.
• Collaborate with marketing on creative projects as needed.
• Apply social best practices across content.
