Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute AI-driven marketing strategies for rapid lead generation, market penetration, and brand visibility

  • Use AI tools for content creation, campaign automation, market analysis, and real-time performance optimization

  • Design and deliver compelling messaging across web, social, email, and events specifically for CRE asset management audiences

  • Track and report on KPIs; optimize campaigns to boost MQLs, conversion rates, social engagement, and brand reach

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive adoption and growth through AI-enhanced initiatives

  • Build and continually refine the marketing tech stack, prioritizing AI-powered solutions

  • Manage PR, thought leadership, and external marketing resources as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Anthropic) across all marketing functions

  • Tech-savvy-skilled in marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), plus analytics (Google Analytics)

  • Innovative, data-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills-especially in matrixed or complex organizations

  • Excellent business communication and storytelling abilities

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS, PropTech, or FinTech strongly preferred)

  • CRE industry experience a plus

  • Based in the US (East Coast preferred)

Estimated total compensation for this position:

180,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
