Job summary

Argonne National Laboratory is seeking an Associate Division Director to provide senior leadership for AES, guiding Information Solutions, Information Technology, and Mechanical Design and Drafting groups at APS. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, mechanical systems engineering, or related field.
• Fifteen years of progressively increasing responsibility in engineering or a related discipline.
• At least ten years leading multidisciplinary technical teams or organizations.
• Experience delivering strategic initiatives and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership, direction, mentorship, and performance management to AES group leaders.
• Set strategic direction and translate into actionable roadmaps with milestones.
• Lead modernization of engineering data, digital transformation, and integration of systems.
• Monitor performance metrics and report progress to division leadership.
• Represent AES to Argonne leadership, DOE program offices, and external stakeholders.
