Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience; MBA desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Inclusive and inspiring team leadership with a proven ability to coach and develop talent.
• Proven experience delivering digital transformation initiatives in a Commercial context.
• Extensive partnership with Commercial stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships and define the strategic direction for commercial digital transformation.
• Co-create roadmaps with cross-functional and regional leaders to deliver digital capabilities aligning to business objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of global and regional initiatives, set priorities, and ensure value delivery.
• Oversee a portfolio of global and regional digital commercial initiatives within Sales, Marketing and Innovation roadmaps.
• Lead adoption of digital capabilities and measure value to improve customer experience and efficiencies.
• Manage technology investment plans, budget, forecast, and ROI for digital projects.
