Job summary

Adventist Health Sierra Vista seeks a Multi-Site Director of Diagnostic Imaging to provide vision and leadership for inpatient imaging services across multiple sites. You will direct staffing, budgeting, training and regulatory compliance while advancing clinical care and patient safety.

The role requires extensive diagnostic imaging experience, strong leadership, and collaboration with hospital leadership to align imaging strategy with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• Master's Degree preferred
• Seven years' diagnostic imaging experience required
• Five years' leadership experience required
• Radiologic Tech license (RT) in the state of practice required
• ARRT-R required
• Modality-based advanced certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Standardizes processes/systems across the network where clinically/operationally relevant
• Supervises imaging staff including recruiting, training and performance evaluation
• Manages staffing to meet productivity targets and ensure clinical supervision
• Collaborates with leadership on strategic planning and department growth
• Oversees budgets for salary, operations and capital expenditures
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and patient safety across imaging services
