Job summary

Adventist Health Sierra Vista on the Central California Coast is seeking a Multi-Site Director of Diagnostic Imaging to provide vision, leadership and administrative direction for staffing, budgeting and technology across multiple sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Seven years diagnostic imaging experience.
• Five years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures processes/systems/protocols are standardized across the network whenever clinically and operationally relevant and supervises staff.
• Actively collaborates with the leadership team for strategic planning and growth; directs imaging modalities and services.
• Develops and oversees department budgets and collaborates with internal/external customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitors patient care, safety standards, HIPAA compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience

Master's Degree

Seven years diagnostic imaging experience
