Responsibilities

• Articulate needs, ambitions, and values through proposals and communications.
• Identify and cultivate a pipeline of prospects for immediate and long-term engagement.
• Supervise, train, and mentor fundraising, alumni relations, stewardship, and admin staff.
• Develop annual goals, plans, and budgets for a comprehensive fundraising program.
• Recruit and guide volunteers in fundraising roles.
• Manage a portfolio of top prospects and execute major gifts strategies.
• Travel regionally and nationally to build relationships and meet fundraising metrics.
• Serve as an ambassador for the college and its priorities and values.
