Job summary

Dcode is seeking a Director of Client Success to lead a rapidly expanding defense portfolio, serving as the senior executive for contract execution, customer engagement, and mission delivery. The role requires strategic planning and cross‑org integration across four Lines of Effort and reports to senior government leadership at the Department of War.

Salary range is $133,000–$177,000 plus bi-annual bonuses. Active TS/SCI preferred with SAP/SCI eligibility. DMV‑local position.

Qualifications

• DoD/DoW experience or equivalent senior government program exposure.
• Experience briefing senior government leaders (SES, General Officers).
• Proven track record managing multi‑million dollar programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for client engagements and mission delivery.
• Develop and oversee strategic plans, governance, and delivery frameworks.
