Job summary

Capital One is hiring a Senior Director of Data Product Management for Bank Modernization. You will lead a team of 10+ product managers and own a portfolio of data products (accounts, transactions) used by data consumers across the Bank and Enterprise.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, data governance, and technology-focused problem solving to deliver measurable outcomes. The position reports into Retail Bank's Bank Modernization effort and offers exposure to fraud, AML modeling,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience
• At least three years of experience in People Management
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
• Experience in data product management, analytics, API gateways or other similarly complex, data intensive domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10+ product managers for data products across the Bank and Enterprise
• Develop and manage account and transaction data products used by data consumers
• Influence through cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder management to simplify operating models
