Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director of Data Product Management for the Bank Modernization team. You will lead a large group of product managers focused on data products for fraud, AML modeling, and customer-facing experiences, collaborating with data consumers across the enterprise.

The role requires strategic, technically deep leadership with strong stakeholder management to drive practical data solutions and operating model improvements at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience.
• At least three years of experience in People Management.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
• Experience in data product management, analytics, API gateways or other data intensive domains.
• 5+ years of experience in People Management.
• Experience coming out of Big Tech or a FinTech Corporation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10+ product managers within the Bank Modernization program.
• Develop and manage data products used by data consumers across the Bank and Enterprise.
• Influence and partner across stakeholders to simplify operating models and drive outcomes.
