Job summary

JPMorgan Chase, a global financial services leader, is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering within the WxT Workforce Data and Analytics team in Jersey City, NJ. You will guide data engineering across HR, Employee Experience, CAO and EP technology, shaping scalable data products and modern data platforms.

You will lead multiple departments, uphold SDLC governance, and drive innovative data solutions across IT and business partners to advance the firm’s analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Data Engineering experience with leadership
• Hands-on data engineering development, testing and automation
• Experience with Databricks, AWS/Azure, Terraform, Kafka, Python/Scala and BI tools
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and product ownership

Responsibilities

• Builds data pipelines and architecture across multiple businesses
• Leads data engineering scrum teams and partners with Product/Architecture
• Uplifts data platforms for TDQ/BDQ, security, and cost efficiency
• Drives governance, code quality and upskilling of engineers
• Transforms HR/EX data into scalable data products
