Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, data platform, or infrastructure roles with leadership experience.
• Proven track record building and scaling data platforms at SaaS scale.
• Experience leading through organizational change and cross-team alignment.
• Strong collaboration with Data Science/Analytics and executive stakeholders.
• Strong hiring and people development experience.
