Job summary

Equifax is seeking an operational leader to drive modernization and seamless data exchanges across Consumer and Commercial domains in the US and Costa Rica. You will translate strategy into proactive, compliant, high-quality operations and manage a cross-border team of ICs and people leaders.

You will ensure data ingestion quality, regulatory compliance (FCRA, Metro 2), and fast, reliable delivery of complex data exchange programs with urgency and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience within data operations, customer onboarding/delivery, or regulated operations.
• 5+ years directly managing teams in a blended organization of individual contributors and people leaders.
• Experience coordinating geographically distributed teams across US and LATAM (Costa Rica) within a matrixed structure.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data ingestion, data quality frameworks, and regulatory reporting standards (FCRA, Metro 2).

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Operational Modernization: translate strategies into tactical operating plans and act as the post-acquisition touch point for integrations across Consumer and Commercial domains.
• Lead and develop a geographically diverse team across the US and Costa Rica, coaching for change and growth and fostering a learning culture.
• Establish high-trust relationships with internal and external data contributors, ensuring clear communication during data incidents and data quality improvements.
• Pioneer process and automation enhancements to shift from reactive troubleshooting to proactive control mechanisms.
• Execute complex data exchange implementations on time, forecast resources, and ensure high-quality delivery while meeting regulatory requirements.
