You will oversee a cross-border workforce across the United States and Costa Rica, shaping strategies into actionable, compliant execution. This role demands a proven track record in regulated data operations, portfolio ingestion, and implementing tech-enabled controls to improve quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in data operations or regulated environments.
• Experience leading teams of individual contributors and leaders.
• Strong expertise in data ingestion, pipelines, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate data exchange strategies into operational plans across US and Costa Rica.
• Lead a geographically distributed team and develop talent.
• Build trusted relationships with data furnishers and contributors.
• Advance automation and proactive data control processes.
• Drive on-time delivery of complex data exchange implementations.
• Ensure adherence to FCRA, Metro 2 and related standards.
