Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior data modernization leader to drive end-to-end data workstreams, migration strategy, governance cadence, and integrated delivery plans across enterprise systems.

You will oversee migration across Databricks architecture, guide HR data products, coordinate with stakeholders, and establish repeatable operating models for broader rollout, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field.
• 8+ years leading enterprise data modernization, migration, or analytics programs.
• Experience with data migration strategy and cross-system dependencies.
• Strong ability to advise executives and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define criteria for migration waves and retirement decisions.
