Job summary

Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) seeks a dynamic Associate Director – Reporting and Analytics to lead data infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting. You will supervise at least 3 managers, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and advance data governance and system integration to support LAHSA's mission across LA City and County.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing data and evaluations functions.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing people in an organization addressing homelessness.
• Master’s Degree preferred in Data Science, Public Administration, or another related or relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational success of the Data Infrastructure, Reporting, and Research & Analytics teams.
• Drive data governance, dashboards, and analytics across LAHSA and partners.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to translate needs into reports and projects.
• Oversee development of strategic initiatives for efficient systems of care.
