A leading company in diagnostics is seeking a Sr. Director, Danaher Business Systems Leader to enhance global operations. This role involves driving continuous improvement, implementing innovative processes, and leading training initiatives. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in operations and a strong background in project management and process improvement.
The Sr. Director, Danaher Business Systems Leader (DBSL), Global Operations is part of the Global Operations Leadership team within Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. This position is part of the Bec Dx Global Operations leadership team and reports to the SVP of Global Operations.
The Sr. Director, DBSL is responsible for driving global DBS capability and continuous improvement for Bec Dx Global Operations functions, including innovation, growth and Lean. The role is a key partner to the Global Operations leadership team (L2) to develop both long- and short-term DBS strategies to support the growth of our business through implementation processes and tools associated with Strategic Innovation Review, Launch Excellence, Policy Deployment, and driving accountability and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing processes.
This position is an individual contributor role, leading with strong influencing capability, and will be onsite, based in Chaska, Minnesota.
