Job summary

EZCORP is seeking a Director of Cyber Security in Texas to lead the enterprise security program, reporting to the CISO, and protect information assets across IT infrastructure, systems and applications.

You will shape the cybersecurity strategy, oversee risk assessments, policy development, incident response, and vendor security, while guiding a team and managing the security budget to enable secure growth across the US, Mexico and Latin America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in IT security, risk and compliance.
• CISSP certification and audit training preferred.
• Strong governance, risk management and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiyear Cyber Roadmap execution.
• Administer the information security function's strategy, operations, and budget.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to advance security goals.
• Develop and update enterprise security policies, standards and procedures.
• Lead security-related projects, audits, and remediation efforts.
• Oversee security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
