You will partner with senior leaders, mentor remote security teams, and align security initiatives with business goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity.
• 10+ years in information security with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record implementing protective tech in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with Zscaler or similar cloud security platforms.
• Deep expertise in IAM, data security, and network segmentation.
• Experience leading remote teams in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a zero trust strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Leads micro-segmentation and ZTNA deployment; secures remote access.
• Manages identity controls: MFA, PAM, IAM governance.
• Implements data protection, DLP, encryption, CASB.
• Maintains secure IaC, DevSecOps, and patch management.
• Builds and mentors distributed security teams.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, etc.
• Advises executives on ROI and security investments.
