Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Senior Director to lead and grow its US Cyber Advisory practice, delivering high-impact cyber strategy and risk services to executive clients. You will manage engagements, develop trusted relationships with CISOs and boards, and guide governance, risk, and resilience initiatives across diverse industries.

You will collaborate with sales and technology teams to translate findings into actionable plans, build proposals, and mentor junior staff, while traveling as needed to serve

Qualifications

• Significant experience in cybersecurity consulting and cyber risk management.
• Ability to lead complex client engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of cyber strategy, governance, and risk management.
• Experience with frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• Strong client relationship, business development, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of cybersecurity strategy and risk advisory services for clients.
• Serve as trusted advisor to CISOs, CIOs, and boards.
• Oversee maturity assessments and risk analyses against industry standards.
• Design governance models, risk programs, and cyber resilience roadmaps.
• Drive proposal development, market-facing materials, and business development.
• Coach and develop junior team members and manage delivery quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into action.
• Travel as required to support client delivery.
