Kroll is seeking a Managing Director to lead and expand its Cybersecurity Advisory practice for the Private Equity sector in the United States. You will drive growth, build trusted PE sponsor relationships, and deliver strategic cybersecurity advisory services that elevate investment outcomes and enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in information security or related field.
• At least 15 years in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or risk management.
• 7+ years serving private equity or PE-backed entities.
• Strong network with PE firms, operating partners, and portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy for the PE cybersecurity advisory practice.
• Develop and maintain C-suite relationships with PE sponsors and portfolio leaders.
• Oversee cybersecurity due diligence and value-creation programs for transactions.
• Guide governance, third‑party risk, cloud security, and incident response initiatives.
• Lead talent development and practice management.
