Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of cyber security experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments.
• 5+ years of leadership of cyber security teams, programs, or initiatives.
• Familiarity with healthcare/regulatory standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA) and data integrity principles.
• Experience defining and executing enterprise cyber security strategy, roadmaps, and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute cyber security strategy, roadmaps, and operating model to reduce enterprise risk.
• Lead cyber security programs across security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and governance.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to embed security requirements.
• Oversee incident response, monitoring, escalation, investigation, and remediation activities.
• Develop and lead a high-performing cyber security team with resource planning and coaching.
• Communicate cyber risk and security program performance to executive leadership.
