Job summary
Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Director to lead the Customer Strategy & Solutions function for its Data Center AI and Custom Silicon group.
You will shape opportunity strategy, executive engagements with hyperscalers, and cross-functional solution development from qualification through design-win. In this role you will collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to translate customer needs into winning product and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
- MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading complex custom silicon, infrastructure, networking, AI datacenter, or customer solution initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic customer engagement with hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, and strategic semiconductor partners.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to develop competitive customer solutions.
- Govern end-to-end opportunity process from engagement to design-win decision making.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Business Development on business cases and pricing strategies.
