You will translate deep protocol knowledge into product requirements, working prototypes, and client-ready deliverables while guiding a high‑performing team. This role partners with Product Management, Engineering, and Commercial teams to define the roadmap, build pilots, and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
• Leadership experience in product or engagement roles.
• Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and executive-ready deliverables.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with product, commercial, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead domain experts to define and optimize clinical trial documents.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering throughout the development lifecycle.
• Structure workstreams, set plans, and drive execution to completion.
• Pilot and test new capabilities with clients for rapid iteration.
• Represent WCG in industry forums and translate client feedback into roadmap.
