Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Clinical Trial (CT) Document Authoring & Insights to lead a team at the forefront of the definition, development, and market introduction of next‑gen trial document authoring and analytics capabilities.

Operating at the intersection of clinical science, technology, and commercial strategy, this role translates deep protocol knowledge into product requirements, working prototypes, and differentiated solutions that improve how sponsors, CROs, and sites

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or a similarly complex, regulated industry.
Leadership, product, or engagement‑leadership capacity in fast-paced environments.
Direct experience with clinical trial protocols and study documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads a team of domain and analytical professionals to deliver on clinical trial document authoring and protocol optimization outputs.
Partners with Product Management and Engineering throughout the development lifecycle.
Represents the domain voice in roadmap and investment discussions.
