Job summary
WCG is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Trial Document Authoring & Insights, leading a high‑impact team at the intersection of clinical science, technology, and commercial strategy. You’ll translate protocol knowledge into product requirements, build prototypes, and partner with PM, Eng, and BD to drive client value.
The role demands senior advisory judgment, hands‑on execution, and the ability to influence across SMEs and engineering to deliver differentiated, scalable document authoring
Qualifications
- 8+ years in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry.
- Leadership or engagement leadership experience requested.
- Direct experience with clinical trial protocols is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead domain experts to deliver clinical trial document authoring and protocol optimization outputs.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering through full development lifecycle.
- Design pilots and prototypes to demonstrate value quickly and iteratively.
- Monitor industry standards and AI developments for roadmap impact.
- Support pricing, packaging, and delivery models with cross-functional teams.
- Represent WCG at conferences and client engagements.
