Job summary

Dollar Shave Club is seeking a Sr. Portfolio Director, Creative & Design to lead brand creative across the DSC portfolio. You will own how both brands show up to consumers: the concepts, the voice, the design language, the packaging, and the standard.

You will manage two creative teams, report to the Chief Brand & Innovation Officer, and define the operating rhythm to keep work distinctive, human-led, and fast while leveraging AI-native tools where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of creative leadership experience.
• Proven ability to steer multiple brands and maintain distinct voices.
• Experience directing in-house creative teams and brand voice programs.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive strategic creative direction across both brands.
• Lead, coach, and grow the creative organization across brands.
• Protect brand distinctiveness and maintain separate voices across consumer touchpoints.
• Own brand voice consistency across paid, owned, earned, retail, packaging, and site.
• Partner with senior leadership to build design systems and tooling across portfolios.
