Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Senior Director to lead strategic sourcing across CPU and GPU technologies supporting our infrastructure platforms. This senior leadership role will develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance cost, capacity, supply continuity and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or global supply management within complex hardware/tech environments.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier management with category strategy experience.
• Experience with CPUs, GPUs, semiconductors or related technologies.
• Proven ability to lead supplier assessment, negotiations, and supplier development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category strategies across CPU and GPU technologies.
• Lead supplier assessment, selection, negotiations, business awards, supplier development, and performance management.
• Build relationships with strategic suppliers, including executive-level engagement on complex matters.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations involving cost, capacity, terms, and continuity of supply.
• Align sourcing strategies with technology roadmaps and Oracle’s growth, in collaboration with Engineering, Finance, Planning and Quality.
• Coach and develop a team of Sourcing Managers to drive execution and organizational growth.
