Job summary

AMETEK NSI-MI Technologies in Suwanee, Georgia seeks a senior leader to own the Reflector Products line end-to-end, steering strategy, design, manufacturing, verification and installation for high-precision RF reflectors.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Business Development, Programs and Marketing to ensure technical excellence and predictable execution across NSI‑MI’s RF measurement solutions portfolio.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 15+ years progressive engineering leadership experience in mechanical design, RF systems or antenna measurement systems.
• In-depth understanding of electrical and mechanical design aspects of single and dual reflectors for measurement applications.
• Proven ability to integrate product management, engineering, manufacturing, verification, and installation.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. and must be authorized to access export-controlled information and source code.

Responsibilities

• Own the Compact Range Reflector product line across its full lifecycle.
• Define product roadmap, requirements, and trade studies aligned to customer, market and RF performance needs.
• Provide senior oversight of electrical and mechanical design of all reflector architectures.
• Lead precision machining, fabrication, and assembly operations; define metrology strategy and alignment verification.
• Responsible for installation, transport, rigging, alignment, and verification at customer sites.
