Job summary

Eugia, a US-based specialty pharmaceutical company, seeks a Senior Manager of Quality Compliance in East Windsor, NJ. You will lead quality systems, pharmacovigilance oversight, DSCSA compliance, and vendor governance while driving continuous improvement and inspection readiness.

You will partner with regulatory, PVG, and external vendors to address risks and ensure ongoing compliance. On-site role with relocation not provided.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FDA regulations and GxP requirements.
• Experience with quality systems, deviations, CAPAs, and audits.
• Leadership experience in a Quality Compliance function.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Compliance programs and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Oversee Pharmacovigilance quality oversight and DSCSA activities.
• Maintain inspection readiness and manage vendor quality governance.
• Partner with PVG, Regulatory Affairs, and external vendors on risks and improvements.
• Direct internal audits and CAPA activities; supervise QA personnel.
