You will lead strategic analytics initiatives, build reporting frameworks, and partner with senior leaders to transform fragmented data into clear, actionable insights that drive growth and profitability. A strong balance of analytical and leadership skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading analytics teams and translating data into insights.
• Strong understanding of commercial performance metrics across sales, wholesale, DTC, marketing, and merchandising.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders through storytelling and facts.
• Proficiency with modern analytics and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Build and lead North America Commercial Analytics function with a unified vision.
• Create and implement a consistent commercial reporting framework across functions.
• Establish cadence, business reviews, and operating rhythms for performance assessment.
• Turn fragmented data into actionable insights on growth, profitability, and engagement.
• Partner with Digital Technology to align data, reporting, and analytics capabilities with priorities.
