Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Data & Analytics to bridge Finance and analytics teams, shaping data strategy and governance. Lead development of a new Finance analytics capability, partnering with business leaders to unlock enterprise data value.

The role focuses on establishing governance, roadmaps, and scalable reporting, driving a data-driven culture across Finance and adjacent functions. This is a leadership position in a dynamic, global outdoor brand.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
8+ years in analytics, BI, data strategy, or cross-functional initiatives.
Experience building or maturing analytics capabilities or COEs.
Strong BI/analytics platform knowledge, Power BI preferred.
Familiarity with cloud data environments and data architecture concepts.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the Finance Data & Analytics capability, roadmap, governance, and operating model.
Lead change management and stakeholder engagement to drive analytics adoption.
Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and Audit to identify value analytics opportunities.
Define scalable reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions.
