Raft seeks a Senior Director of Command and Control to bridge warfighters and engineers, turning operational needs into capabilities for Raft's platforms. Qualifications

• 20+ years of leadership experience in U.S. military operations, preferably including senior leadership positions within the U.S. Air Force.
• Extensive experience in command and control, air operations, operational planning, battle management, or related mission areas.
• Strong ability to translate operational concepts into clear requirements for software/product teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead C2 innovation efforts across PACAF and Indo-Pacific theater.
• Build relationships with PACAF HQ, Air Operations Centers, and Joint partners to identify modernization opportunities.
• Translate operational requirements into actionable problems for product and engineering teams.
• Assess emerging technologies for potential operational value and integration into existing environments.
• Represent Raft in engagements with senior Air Force, Joint, and mission-partner stakeholders.
