Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Director for the Cognitive Intelligence Spine Platform to own the product, architecture, and client narrative for CIS. You will lead a global team across the US and India, guiding architectural decisions, and aligning with the Global Head of Physical AI to scale the platform in multiple verticals.

You will drive pre-sales, client engagements at the C-suite, and establish governance across Azure PaaS, NVIDIA edge, and sovereign data models, ensuring enterprise-grade

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of experience in enterprise technology, with at least five years in a senior architecture or product leadership role at a consulting firm, systems integrator, or enterprise software company.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the CIS product roadmap aligned with Cognizant's Physical AI strategy and translate client learnings into architectural decisions.
• Lead pre-sales and executive engagement for CIS opportunities, presenting sovereign AI architecture to CIOs/CTOs/Chief AI Officers at Fortune 500 companies.
• Architect and govern end-to-end CIS design across Azure PaaS, NVIDIA edge, and sovereign data governance, maintaining a differentiated, enterprise-owned fabric.
• Build and mentor the Global Physical AI platform team, establishing engineering standards and an excellence-driven culture.
• Partner with Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Azure AI Foundry alliance teams to co-develop go-to-market capabilities and keep CIS at the edge of the Azure/NVIDIA ecosystem.
• Manage client relationships through full engagement lifecycle from briefing and architecture workshops to deployment and expansion.
