BCT LLC is seeking a Principal Cognitive Systems Engineer IV to lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of the NerveCenter platform. This senior role bridges human cognitive processes with AI to ensure a highly intuitive, adaptive, and scalable mission-enabled system.

The candidate will direct a multidisciplinary team, integrate LLMs and multi-agent systems into secure, ITAR-compliant environments, and optimize performance, latency, and safety across enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in systems engineering, AI, or ML with 3+ years leading enterprise-scale AI.
• Expert in Python and strong knowledge of ML frameworks and vector databases.
• Experience integrating AI into secure, ITAR-compliant enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design of cognitive systems for the NerveCenter platform.
• Direct multi-agent orchestration and secure integration with internal data stores.
• Oversee RAG pipelines, performance testing, and safety measures.
