Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
• Executive presence; credibility with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellence in research and writing.
• Strong written and verbal proficiency; analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficient at analyzing data and applying patterns to client challenges.
• Strong communicator who explains complex concepts clearly.
• Subject matter expert comfortable presenting at various engagements.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape.
• Ability to work independently and in multicultural global teams.
• Learning agility in matrixed environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (US/UK).

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, must-have insights content.
• Develop new insights and actionable approaches for client needs.
• Identify root causes of client barriers and reframe strategy.
• Establish research positions across a team of analysts.
• Provide provocative, independent insights to evolve research agenda.
• Research, analyze and predict market trends for actionable insights.
• Provide clients with actionable advice via virtual or face-to-face interactions.
• Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and briefings.
• Support Research and Sales by voicing market perspectives to drive engagement.
• Peer review high-quality research content.
• Build credibility as Gartner research representative.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across teams.
• Identify research process improvements.
