Sierra Health + Wellness seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical operations across all locations from its Sacramento offices. The role ensures safe, effective client services with adherence to Title 9, HIPAA, CARF/Joint Commission standards and oversees SOPs impacting direct care.

The position emphasizes staff supervision, performance evaluations, and ensuring ongoing compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Leadership experience in clinical settings.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and clinical regulations.
• Ability to build partnerships with local authorities and organizations.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and managers.
• Must hold CA license as MH professional with 5+ years post-licensed experience.

Mansioni

• Develops and oversees structure and systems to ensure excellent, safe client services.
• Ensures the clinical program uses empirically supported curriculum.
• Builds relationships with local, county, and community partners; stays current on trends.
• Oversees supervision of clinical staff including leads, supervisors, therapists, clinicians, and case managers.
• Manages staff schedules, appraisals, and employment issue resolution.
