Job summary

The role partners with Clinical Directors and senior cross-functional leaders to shape development strategies and interpret complex clinical evidence. You will guide Clinical Science standards, talent development, and digital/AI-enabled approaches while mentoring teams and ensuring high-quality scientific decisions across

Qualifications

• Advanced healthcare or scientific degree with 8+ years of pharma/clinical drug development experience.
• Master’s degree in life sciences with 12+ years of pharma/clinical development experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s in life sciences with 15+ years of pharma/clinical development experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic scientific leadership across programs, assets, or disease areas.
• Shape development plans and strategic direction for study design.
• Oversee medical monitoring and data review approaches and interpret complex clinical data across programs.
• Integrate clinical evidence and emerging science to shape development strategy.
• Advise on regulatory documents, Health Authority interactions, and major development activities.
• Lead governance, publications, external engagement, and talent development across Clinical Science.
