Qualifications

• 8-10 years outsourcing and finance experience in biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Experience selecting, negotiating and managing complex clinical service providers.
• Experience with Financial Planning and Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourcing strategy for clinical development from early to late-stage studies.
• Manage vendor selection, contracting, governance and performance.
• Develop annual financial and long-range clinical plans and perform financial analyses.
• Ensure contracts allocate operational and financial risk and comply with regulations.
